The program is composed of six distinct course modules that provide both classroom and experience-based instruction. Gulf Craft sponsored the program’s sixth module, which is organized under the theme ‘My World’, and focuses on global trends, leadership qualities, innovation, international protocol and etiquette, and business networking.

Participants spent a day touring Gulf Craft’s award-winning Majesty Yachts shipyard in order to gain a deeper understanding of the yacht and boat manufacturing process, as well as to observe how the different departments work closely together to create the shipyard’s globally recognized masterpieces.

“The GCC is witnessing exceptional growth, one that is characterized by a strong focus on diversifying the economy.  However, the region’s future will be largely determined by the skills and capabilities of its nationals,” said Abeer Alshaali, Executive Management Officer at Gulf Craft. “Only by harnessing and cultivating young talent can we truly create a sustainable business model.  We view ourselves as part of this growth, and our participation in the Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Leadership Program is part of our commitment to helping the Gulf realize its tremendous potential.”
