Dubai; 28 July 2023: Gulf Craft, one of the world’s leading boat and yacht manufacturers, proudly announces the departure of four of its luxurious superyachts from its shipyard in the UAE this month.
With the shipyard operating at full capacity, Gulf Craft's global order book remains full, showcasing the sustained demand for its impressive range of boats and yachts. Over the last five years, Gulf Craft has significantly expanded its global market reach. The company's robust global network spans Europe, the USA, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific, firmly establishing its position as a premier integrated shipyard with extensive industry reach.
Amongst the four exceptional superyachts are two brand-new 2023 launches: Majesty 111 and the Nomad 101. The Majesty 111 shines as a captivating new addition to the esteemed Majesty Yachts line. Having made its debut at the Dubai International Boat Show (DIBS) in March, it is now set to embark on a European Tour and USA Tour, captivating attendees at the Cannes Yachting Festival and Monaco Yacht Show before heading across the Atlantic to the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
The Nomad 101, which also made its debut at Dubai International Boat Show (DIBS) earlier this year, is now poised to grace the Australian shores with its presence at the Sydney International Boat Show (SIBS).
Also departing the United Arab Emirates are two Majesty 100 superyachts. Since its launch, the Majesty 100 has gained worldwide attention and popularity, celebrated for its impressive attributes – an exclusive enclosed sky-lounge, remarkable volume, and five lavishly spacious cabins – unrivalled features within its range. These exceptional characteristics have captivated Gulf Craft clients across all markets, establishing the Majesty 100 as an iconic choice for luxury enthusiasts across the globe.
Gulf Craft’s Chairman, Mohammed Hussein Alshaali, commented: “Our ongoing commitment to 'Legacy in Motion' and the 'Global Expansion' pillars have been instrumental in our exponential growth and success, which solidified Gulf Craft's reputation as a trailblazer in the industry. As we projected at the beginning of this year, 2023 has proven to be a strong year with the highest revenue of any previous year in the company's history.”
Each of these yachts, Majesty 111, Majesty 100, and Nomad 101, boast unmatched elegance, innovation, craftsmanship, and sustainability, epitomising Gulf Craft's pursuit of excellence. Majesty 111 and Nomad 101 have already captivated enthusiasts and experts alike during their debuts, leaving a lasting impression on the maritime world.
As Gulf Craft's shipyard continues to flourish and business booms, the company's full order books and soaring demand exemplify its status as one of the world's few truly integrated shipyards. With a prosperous future ahead, Gulf Craft is set to redefine the luxury yachting experience and continues to be at the forefront of innovation, catering to discerning clients across the globe.
The Majesty 111 expands the horizon of design, engineering, architecture, and technical features. A joint effort between Gulf Craft and Netherlands-based Phathom Studio, the Majesty 111 features a meticulously designed tri-deck configuration and a functional "mid-century modern" design language that follows function, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor connection and strong adaptiveness for the charter market to appeal to a broader audience.
Optimised liveability and the seamless indoor-outdoor connection are achieved with large and tall expanses of glazing, nearly 40% more than a typical sub-101 ft yacht. The smart configuration sets the stage for a light and airy atmosphere in the interiors and unrestricted exterior views throughout various segregated social zones on the various decks.
The main deck features a spacious salon, dining area, and fully-equipped galley. At the forward end, the owner's stateroom features a mesmerising skylight into the upper deck plunge pool creating wonderful reflections while pouring in natural light.
Decades of experience combined with the desire to enhance the yachting experience set the ideal setting for the new Nomad 101.
The yacht's harmonious proportions, ample interior space, and great outdoor entertainment features make the Nomad 101 an excellent choice for those looking to enjoy long, leisurely cruises - perfect for those who value family time and want to take in the journey rather than just the destination.
The spacious living spaces with three crew accommodations and a captain's cabin are ideal for charter and owner-operated vessels. The VIP Guestroom and three twin guest cabins are situated on the lower deck and connected by a lobby area with a dedicated laundry – critical on long passages. All staterooms have their own private en suites and shower facilities. The Nomad 101 excels with a large 35 sqm generous crew quarters with a secondary galley, mess area, and captain's cabin, all per MCC compliance for charters.
Efficiency and the desire to be as environmentally friendly as possible were key drivers for technology on board. With reduced hull penetration and excellent fuel efficiency topped by a healthy nautical range (3,100nm), the Nomad 101 is a clear economical, and environmentally friendly choice for long passages. One of the key features throughout the superyacht is the liberal use of recycled and natural materials in almost all cabin areas, some of it tastefully inlaid with earthy tones.
With spacious crew cabins and crew movement areas, separate entertainment zones, fully equipped decks, a smart layout, and ample storage, this yacht lives up to its credentials and is apt for chartering opportunities.
Gaining world-wide attention since it was launched, the Majesty 100 is characterized by her unique enclosed sky-lounge and a powerful but efficient propulsion system. With her lavish interiors and ample lounging areas, she is taking Majesty Yachts owners to superyacht status. Timeless exterior styling and uncompromised naval engineering are finished with exquisite interior workmanship in this model.
Made of fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP), making her lightweight at 199 Gross Tons, the 31.7 meters (104 ft) Majesty 100 is powered by twin MAN 1,900 horsepower engines reaching a top speed of 20 knots. With a displacement of about 132 tonnes, the draft of just 1.65 meters (5 ft 5 in), enables easy cruising in shallow waters and giving effortless access to the pristine beaches along her journey.
The Majesty 100 is compliant with the Maritime Coastguard Agency’s (MCA) LY3, the large commercial yacht code, which outlines specifications for structural
strength, weathertight integrity, machinery and installation, safety management, and clean sea requirements, among others. She has an environmentally friendly water treatment solution supporting extended trips out to sea.
