Gulf Craft’s Nomad 101 to make Australian Debut at Sydney International Boat Show

Dubai; 02 Aug 2023: Gulf Craft, one of the world’s leading boat and yacht manufacturers, together with its dealer, Australian Superyachts, will be showcasing the new Nomad 101 adventure yacht for the first time in Australia at the 2023 Sydney International Boat Show.

The Nomad 101 made its world debut at the Dubai International Boat Show in March 2023, perfectly highlighting Gulf Craft's new era of dynamic growth under the strategic theme, 'Legacy in Motion'. Gulf Craft’s vision for the future sees the company push boundaries through four core focus areas:  Technology & Innovation, Path to Sustainability, Global Expansion and Next Generation.

Decades of experience combined with a passion to enhance the long-range adventure yachting experience has established the Nomad 101 as a new leader in its class. With sustainability taking centre stage onboard, she features a smart hull design that leads to fuel efficiency along with an array of innovative sustainable materials throughout.

The perfect balance of powerful engines, enhanced fuel efficiency and an impressive range of 3,100 nm at eight knots, unlock more adventurous and far-flung destinations for exploration - a unique and desirable proposition for the Australian market where Gulf Craft is seeing an increased appetite for adventure yachting vessels.

Mohamed Hussein Alshaali, Gulf Craft Chairman, said: "We have been selling our boats and yachts in Australia for over a decade now, in that time our loyal customers in the Pacific region have come to know us for never shying away from out-of-the-box thinking. When we built the new Nomad 101 we had our Australian customers in mind. With the Nomad 101 we have transformed what were once far-flung voyages into adventurous day trips. Our specialist team has cleverly balanced the ability to cover long ranges at reasonable speeds as well as faster speed capabilities for shorter day trips. Australia is quickly becoming one of our most important markets and we are witnessing a significant uplift in sales; we are looking forward to hearing what our esteemed Australian customers think of the new Nomad 101.”

Alongside the Nomad 101, Gulf Craft will also be showcasing the Majesty 72 and Oryx 379 at Sydney International Boat Show. Launched last year, the Majesty 72 (21.99m) boasts an exquisite design with distinguished engineering aiming to bridge the gap between the Majesty 62 and the best-selling superyacht Majesty 100. The Oryx 379 is defining a new era in sport cruising with quality craftsmanship and unprecedented functionality, offering performance, accommodation, smart design and features that Gulf Craft is renowned for.
